All Sales Are Final — We Do Not Offer Refunds
SociX is a downloadable digital product (source code). Once a purchase is completed and the download / license is issued, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Why there are no refunds
Because you receive the complete source code immediately after purchase, the product cannot be "given back." For that reason every sale is final and non-refundable.
Test before you buy
We provide a fully functional live demo so you can evaluate every feature before purchasing. It is your responsibility to test the product thoroughly and confirm it meets your requirements before you complete a purchase. If something is unclear, ask us first — do not buy on assumption.
Support, not refunds
If you hit a genuine bug after purchase, we help you fix it. Customers can open a support ticket from their dashboard, and known issues are tracked publicly on our bugs board. A working product with a fixable issue is not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support will result in immediate revocation of your license and loss of access to updates and support.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have tested the product and agree that the sale is final and non-refundable.
